Callen-Lorde Community Health Center
Callen-Lorde (CLCH) suﬀered from antiquated IT infrastructure and lacked internal resources to overhaul their systems. After first engaging as a partner in strategic planning, Control Group worked with CLCH to replace critical systems immediately. From there we gradually upgraded their entire systems infrastructure and ultimately took on day-to-day support and maintenance. Control Group has helped CLCH write and win a state and federal grants to fund hardware upgrades, including the replacement of their entire telecommunications systems. With this in place, we delivered a modern, HIPAA-compliant telecommunications system that integrates VoIP, FoIP, and Exchange email across 3 locations, while minimizing capital expenses.
Now CLCH’s doctors and staﬀ have a uniﬁed communication system and, in Control Group, a strategic IT partner that supports their operations, provides budgetary ﬂexibility, and allows them to better serve their patients.
