Campbell Hyers is Partner & CEO of Control Group. As CEO, Campbell is focused on building strategic partnerships and leading corporate development initiatives. His business insight, combined with a solid grounding in technology and passion for design, helps define the strategic vision for Control Group.
Campbell also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Storefront for Art & Architecture, a nonprofit organization that is committed to the advancement of innovative positions in architecture, art, and design in New York City. He is also board chairman of Case, a building information modeling consultancy and development firm founded by the technology leaders from SHoP Architects.

As a Founding Partner at Control Group, Colin O'Donnell is responsible for the technical direction and operational excellence driving the company’s growth. Recognized as one of AdAge Magazine’s Creativity50 for being a top creative influencer of 2013, Colin works with forward-thinking clients to develop business-focused strategies and products that take advantage of the web’s evolution from browser, to mobile, to the physical world. Colin is a frequent contributor to Wired Insights and has been featured in major media outlets such as Fast Company, Gizmodo, and the New York Times for his transformative work with urban environments, retail, and mass transit.
Partner & Chief Strategy Officer
Scott Anderson is Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on building strategic relationships and recruiting top-level talent. He maintains the heartbeat of Control Group’s culture by bringing in the right mix of projects and people, as the company evolves.
Scott is on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association. He also holds numerous leadership and advisory roles for local organizations, including the Leadership Council and Board of Directors of openhousenewyork, Music Director and Board Member of the The Wassaic Project, member of the Lower Manhattan Tech Committee and Marketing Sub-Committee for the Alliance for Downtown New York (ADNY), City Poly Advisory Board, and a representing member for Control Group for the Association for a Better NY (ABNY) and New York Tech Meetup.
Chief Technology Officer & Managing Partner, Product Development
As CTO and Managing Partner of Product Development, Toby Boudreaux is responsible for building and managing Control Group’s product development team and delivering flexible, revenue-generating platforms for clients. Toby also leads the company’s Research & Development efforts and provides thought leadership on customer experience and emerging technologies. He was recently recognized as one of AdAge Magazine’s top creative influencers of 2013 for his transformative work with the New York City MTA, OTG Management, and Kate Spade. As a renowned expert in web and mobile technologies, Toby is a frequently featured speaker and author. He also serves as technical advisor to the Storefront for Art & Architecture.
Managing Partner, Enterprise Architecture
Michael brings over fifteen years of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise systems and integration to Control Group, having led dozens of large-scale product and system development projects employing agile and lean methodologies. His diverse portfolio of technical and leadership experience provides clients with a dramatic boost in their technology capabilities by introducing innovation in an operationally non-disruptive way. Michael has leveraged his unique blend of skills and expertise in a broad array of industries at companies including Deutsche Bank, Walker Digital, MLB Advanced Media, MetLife and AXA/Equitable.
Managing Partner, Strategic Consulting
Rich leads Control Group’s consulting practice and is driving the company’s expansion into the Financial Services and Healthcare industries. He brings almost twenty years of business experience, specializing in developing and growing new business for startups, public companies, and global institutions. Most recently, Rich was at Deutsche Bank where he played a key role in developing new products and expanding business in Latin America. As COO at Lendia, LLC, Richard helped execute the sale of the company to Virgin Money. And as CIO at MHL, he oversaw information technology operations, software development, system architecture, and project management.
Associate Partner & CFO
Amanda O’Donnell is responsible for financial planning and oversight at Control Group. She has been a critical component of managing the company’s operations since its founding. Amanda has developed financial strategies and workflow for Control Group that have helped enable the company’s growth. Most recently, she worked to establish Control Group’s Women in Technology initiative. A native of Connecticut, Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Environmental Science.
Managing Director, Los Angeles
As Managing Director, David leads Control Group's west coast operations and business development efforts. He possesses the inimitable ability to bring together best-in-breed artists, engineers, and business professionals around shared goals, forming a strong collaborative engagement with superb creative, technical, and economic results.
Prior to Control Group, David was a Sr. Director of Business Development at Qualcomm, where he played a key role in developing groundbreaking contextual awareness technology. He was also General Manager at DreamWorks Animation, CEO at StudioGPU and XLT, Inc., and co-founder of Gigawatt Studios. He also managed the development of AI systems at Cognitive Systems Inc. earlier in his career.
Associate Partner, Development Operations
As VP of Development Operations, David Rocamora manages the team responsible for building and supporting infrastructure for custom developed software and complex enterprise systems. His key focus is helping businesses move from inefficient and costly IT methods to lightweight, flexible approaches. He is an experienced systems administrator specializing in cloud technologies, UNIX and Linux-based systems. He has architected diverse enterprise systems for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike. David has a Masters degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Max is responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding Control Group’s reach as a strategic technology partner. He has been with the company for over six years and has played an integral part in developing Control Group’s client service model and their expansion in the Architecture and Institutional verticals. He is the master of “white glove” service and sets the standard for client service at Control Group. Max has deep experience leading strategic technology projects, international deployments, and multi-discipline teams. He holds a BFA in Music Composition from New School University's Jazz and Contemporary Music Program. In his spare time, he writes music for dance, theatre, and personal projects.
As an Associate Partner in Control Group’s Client Strategy group, Charlie is focused on fueling CG’s expansion into the retail and hospitality spaces. His background in design combined with a foundation in technology has helped him provide thoughtful business strategy to some of the world’s most innovative brands. Charlie has written extensively for O’Reilly Media and has been featured in publications such as Wired, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fox News, and Gizmodo.
Dr. David Anderson is Managing Director of Supply Chain Ventures, a venture capital fund specializing in software and technology investing, and is a retired managing partner of supply chain strategy consulting at Accenture. He is an independent member of the board of directors of Descartes Systems Group, Steelwedge Software and AdhereTx, and is on the board of trustees of the University of New England. Dr. Anderson received his PhD in Econometrics and Finance from Boston College and his BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Scott Hagedorn is a 15-year marketing/advertising industry veteran and is currently CEO of Annalect Group, Omnicom Media Group’s digital data and analytics organization. Scott is leading the effort to reinvent the fundamentals of media measurement and activation. He previously served as U.S. CEO of PHD Network.
