Campbell Hyers, a Founding Partner of Control Group, is focused on building strategic partnerships and leading corporate development initiatives. His business insight, combined with a solid grounding in technology and passion for design, helps define the strategic vision for Control Group. Campbell also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Storefront for Art & Architecture, a nonprofit organization that is committed to the advancement of innovative positions in architecture, art, and design in New York City. He is also board chairman of CASE, a building information modeling consultancy and development firm.
Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer
Colin O'Donnell is a Founding Partner of Control Group and is responsible for corporate strategy, business development and thought leadership that drives the company’s growth. He has led the company towards groundbreaking initiatives such as On-the-Go, the award-winning information kiosks for the New York City MTA; and LinkNYC, the most advanced public Wi-Fi and advertising network in the world. Recognized as one of AdAge Magazine’s Creativity50 for being a top creative influencer, Colin works with forward-thinking clients to develop business-focused strategies and products that take advantage of the web’s evolution from browser, to mobile, to the physical world. He has been featured in major media outlets such as Fast Company, Wired, and the New York Times for his transformative work with urban environments, retail, and mass transit.

Scott Anderson, a Founding Partner of Control Group, focuses on building strategic relationships, deepening community engagement and recruiting top-level talent. He maintains the heartbeat of Control Group’s culture by bringing in the right mix of projects and people as the company evolves. Scott also holds numerous leadership and advisory roles for local organizations, including Board of Directors for the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association, Leadership Council and Board of Directors of openhousenewyork, Music Director and Board Member of the The Wassaic Project, member of the Tech and Marketing Committees for the Alliance for Downtown New York (ADNY), and the City Poly Advisory Board. Scott was recently recognized as one the 100 NYC Tech Influencers You Need to Know by AlleyWatch.
Partner, Product Development & Chief Technology Officer
Toby Boudreaux leads Control Group’s Product Development and Research & Development teams and is responsible for delivering flexible, revenue-generating platforms for some of the world's biggest brands. Toby provides guidance on customer experience and emerging technologies that helps clients integrate advances in technology into their business. He has been recognized as one of AdAge Magazine’s top creative influencers for his transformative work with the New York City MTA, OTG Management and Kate Spade. Prior to Control Group, Toby held product management and technology leadership roles at Bloomberg, Barbarian Group and EVB. He also serves as technical advisor to the Storefront for Art & Architecture.
Partner, Enterprise Architecture
Michael O’Neil leads Control Group’s Enterprise Architecture practice. He has over twenty years of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise systems and integration, having led dozens of large-scale product and system development projects employing agile and lean methodologies. His diverse portfolio of technical and leadership experience provides clients with a dramatic boost in their technology capabilities by introducing innovation in an operationally non-disruptive way. Michael has leveraged his unique blend of skills and expertise in a broad array of industries at companies including Deutsche Bank, Walker Digital, MLB Advanced Media, MetLife and AXA/Equitable.
Partner, Service Delivery
Rich Hofbauer leads service delivery at Control Group and is responsible for the overall operational excellence driving the company’s growth. He brings almost twenty years of experience in developing and growing new business for startups, public companies and global institutions. Prior to Control Group, Rich was a Director at Deutsche Bank, where he played a key role in developing new products and expanding business in Latin America. As COO at Lendia, Rich oversaw operating activities for the technology-driven outsource provider and helped execute the sale of the company to Virgin Money. As CIO at MHL, a publicly traded REIT, he oversaw IT operations, software development, system architecture and project management. Rich earned a B.A. in Design from SUNY Buffalo.
Partner, Chief Financial Officer
Amanda O’Donnell is the Chief Financial Officer at Control Group and is responsible for financial planning and oversight. She has played an integral role in managing the company’s operations since its founding. In her work at Control Group, Amanda has developed financial and operational strategies that have enabled the company’s transformation from startup to industry leader. In addition, she leads our Women in Technology initiative and established Control Group as a founding partner of Women in Tech NYC. Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Environmental Science and is currently pursuing a degree in the NYU Executive Masters program.
Partner, Client Strategy
Max Oglesbee leads Control Group’s Client Strategy team and is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with clients and partners. Max has the unique ability to translate client needs into the best strategy and teams to achieve transformative results. He is able to balance that with our own aspirations and pursuit of compelling project opportunities, driving the company forward. Since 2007, Max has shaped our approach to client service in a way that enables the extraordinary work that we do. He holds a BFA in Music Composition from The New School University's Jazz and Contemporary Music Program.
Dr. David Anderson is Managing Director of Supply Chain Ventures, a venture capital fund specializing in software and technology investing, and is a retired managing partner of supply chain strategy consulting at Accenture. He is an independent member of the board of directors of Descartes Systems Group, Steelwedge Software and AdhereTx, and is on the board of trustees of the University of New England. Dr. Anderson received his PhD in Econometrics and Finance from Boston College and his BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Scott Hagedorn is a 15-year marketing/advertising industry veteran and is currently CEO of Annalect Group, Omnicom Media Group’s digital data and analytics organization. Scott is leading the effort to reinvent the fundamentals of media measurement and activation. He previously served as U.S. CEO of PHD Network.
