Campbell Hyers is Partner & CEO of Control Group. As CEO, Campbell is focused on building strategic partnerships and leading corporate development initiatives. His business insight, combined with a solid grounding in technology and passion for design, helps define the strategic vision for Control Group.

Campbell also serves as Vice President of the Board for the Storefront for Art & Architecture, a nonprofit organization that is committed to the advancement of innovative positions in architecture, art, and design in New York City. He is also board chairman of Case, a building information modeling consultancy and development firm founded by the technology leaders from SHoP Architects.

Colin O'Donnell

Partner & COO

Colin is a Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer at Control Group. As COO, Colin is responsible for the technical direction and operational excellence supporting the company’s growth. He brings deep experience in enterprise systems and a fresh new media perspective to help organizations leverage new technologies to manage change, while promoting areas of stability, scalability, and security in young and growing endeavors. His vision has enabled Control Group to stay ahead of major trends in networking and infrastructure and the evolution of web technologies from the browser to physical objects.

Scott Anderson

Partner & Chief Strategy Officer

Scott Anderson is Partner and Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on building strategic relationships and recruiting top-level talent. He maintains the heartbeat of Control Group’s culture by bringing in the right mix of projects and people, as the company evolves.

Scott is on the Board of Directors for the Downtown Lower Manhattan Association. He also holds numerous leadership and advisory roles for local organizations, including the Leadership Council and Board of Directors of openhousenewyork, Music Director and Board Member of the The Wassaic Project, member of the Lower Manhattan Tech Committee and Marketing Sub-Committee for the Alliance for Downtown New York (ADNY), City Poly Advisory Board, and a representing member for Control Group for the Association for a Better NY (ABNY) and New York Tech Meetup.

Toby Boudreaux

Chief Technology Officer & Managing Partner, Product Development

Toby Boudreaux serves as CTO & Managing Partner of Product Development, driving user-experience led software development engagements. Toby has been instrumental in Control Group’s evolution by bringing a focus on user-experience to everything that we do, from client service to design and development. As a renowned expert in web and mobile technologies, Toby has deep experience bringing digital technologies to physical objects and spaces.

Toby serves as technical advisor to the Storefront for Art & Architecture.

Sholom Ellenberg

Managing Partner, Enterprise Services

Sholom Ellenberg is Managing Partner of Enterprise Services. In this role he oversees business development, operations, and technology strategy for Control Group’s Engineering team. Prior to Control Group, Sholom was founder and president of a network security company that built an emergency response voice and data communications network for Westchester County.

Sholom holds a CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert) certification as well as a CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification. He is also a founding board member of the Opportunity Charter School in Harlem.

Michael O’Neil

Managing Partner, Enterprise Architecture

Michael brings over fifteen years of experience in the design and implementation of enterprise systems and integration to Control Group, having led dozens of large-scale product and system development projects employing agile and lean methodologies. His diverse portfolio of technical and leadership experience provides clients with a dramatic boost in their technology capabilities by introducing innovation in an operationally non-disruptive way. Michael has leveraged his unique blend of skills and expertise in a diverse array of industries at companies including Deutsche Bank, Walker Digital, MLB Advanced Media, MetLife and AXA/Equitable.

Amanda O'Donnell

Associate Partner & CFO

Amanda O’Donnell is responsible for financial planning and oversight at Control Group. She has been a critical component of managing the company’s operations since its founding. Amanda has developed financial strategies and workflow for Control Group that have helped enable the company’s growth. Most recently, she worked to establish Control Group’s Women in Technology initiative. A native of Connecticut, Amanda graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts with a degree in Environmental Science.

David Rocamora

Associate Partner, Development Operations

As VP of Development Operations, David Rocamora manages the team responsible for building and supporting infrastructure for custom developed software and complex enterprise systems. His key focus is helping businesses move from inefficient and costly IT methods to lightweight, flexible approaches. He is an experienced systems administrator specializing in cloud technologies, UNIX and Linux-based systems. He has architected diverse enterprise systems for start-ups and Fortune 500 companies alike. David has a Masters degree in Technology Management from Columbia University and is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

As the Head of Sales, Max is responsible for developing new business relationships and expanding Control Group’s reach as a strategic technology partner. He has been with the company for over six years and has played an integral part in developing Control Group’s client service model and their expansion in the Architecture and Institutional verticals. He is the master of “white glove” service and sets the standard for client service at Control Group. Max has deep experience leading strategic technology projects, international deployments, and multi-discipline teams. He holds a BFA in Music Composition from New School University's Jazz and Contemporary Music Program. In his spare time, he writes music for dance, theatre, and personal projects.

Charlie Miller

Associate Partner

Charlie Miller is Associate Partner of Strategic Services at Control Group. Charlie has over a decade of experience providing technology strategy, integration, support, and training for some of the world's most innovative companies. He has worked with a variety of market sectors, including media, entertainment, retail, and travel, helping clients with technology strategy and innovation.

He has a strong background in managing infrastructure and systems integration efforts, as well as product development projects that include some of Control Group's most complex commercial iOS deployments.

Charlie is an Apple Certified Trainer and an Adobe Certified Instructor. He has written extensively for O'Reilly Media and is a frequently featured speaker at technology conferences nationwide.

Rich leads Control Group’s consulting practice and is driving the company’s expansion into the Financial Services and Healthcare industries. He brings almost twenty years of business experience, specializing in developing and growing new business for startups, public companies, and global institutions. Most recently, Rich was at Deutsche Bank where he played a key role in developing new products and expanding business in Latin America. As COO at Lendia, LLC, Richard helped execute the sale of the company to Virgin Money. And as CIO at MHL, he oversaw information technology operations, software development, system architecture, and project management.

Mark Leech

Associate Partner, Vice President of Engineering

Mark is currently head of the Tactical Support Group, which provides support and project implementation for all of Control Group's clients. He has been working in IT Support for nearly 20 years and has experience serving diverse clients at all levels -- from Small Business to Enterprise/Desktop Support and Server/Network Support. He has a great deal of practical experience which, along with a common-sense approach to problem solving, make him the perfect leader in dealing with clients, staff, and issue resolution.

David Anderson

Chairman

Dr. David Anderson is Managing Director of Supply Chain Ventures, a venture capital fund specializing in software and technology investing, and is a retired managing partner of supply chain strategy consulting at Accenture. He is an independent member of the board of directors of Descartes Systems Group, Steelwedge Software and AdhereTx, and is on the board of trustees of the University of New England. Dr. Anderson received his PhD in Econometrics and Finance from Boston College and his BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.

Andy Murray

Board Advisor

Andy Murray is currently the founder and CEO of Mercury11, an entrepreneurial technology incubator. He is also founder and retired chairman of Saatchi X, and a pioneer in the advertising discipline of ‘Shopper Marketing,’ which is the science and art of converting consumers into buyers. This is a welcome perspective to Control Group as it moves to bring more interactive and engaging experiences to the retail space.

Scott Hagedorn

Board Advisor

Scott Hagedorn is a 15-year marketing/advertising industry veteran and is currently CEO of Annalect Group, Omnicom Media Group’s digital data and analytics organization. Scott is leading the effort to reinvent the fundamentals of media measurement and activation. He previously served as U.S. CEO of PHD Network.
