Michael O'Neil has over fifteen years of experience in the architecture, development, deployment and operations of business technology. He has a proven track record in applying a balance of analytical, communication, team building and hands-on technical abilities to provide effective systems solutions to business challenges.

Michael has led the implementation of numerous enterprise-scale technology solutions, for companies in diverse industries, including Deutsche Bank, Walker Digital, MLB Advanced Media, MetLife and AXA/Equitable.

Some areas of Michael's technical focus and expertise include core media asset management systems, financial services application design, development and support, high-availability Internet application architecture, production infrastructure health monitoring and configuration management systems, release management systems and development lifecycle practices. He has a strong background in systems architecture and database design, with emphases in transaction services, legacy application integration, component-based shared services, database scalability and availability, and decision support systems.
